Delivery coverage
We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh through our courier partners. Delivery inside Dhaka city typically takes 1–2 business days; outside Dhaka, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.
Delivery fees
Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and shown before you confirm your order — there are no hidden fees.
Order tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you can check its live status anytime from the track your order page using your order number and phone number.
Cash on delivery
Most orders can be paid for in cash when the courier delivers your package. Please have the exact amount ready and inspect your package before accepting delivery.
